Assessment

Assessments are usually booked for a full day (9:30am – 2:30pm, with multiple breaks).

The fee includes a written report and a feedback session (via telehealth).

For young children, the assessment can be split into two half-day sessions.

Parking

Free on-site parking is available.

Deposit & Payment

A $600 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The balance is payable on the day of the assessment.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact me to discuss possible options.
Payment methods:

Direct deposit is preferred.

Debit/credit card payments incur a transaction fee. A secure e-payment link can be provided if you wish to pay by card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours (2 business days) notice will incur a fee of 50% of the assessment cost.

Appointment Reminders
-
An email reminder will be sent 3 business days before your appointment.

An SMS reminder will be sent 2 days prior, requiring you to confirm or cancel.

Fee Conditions
-
Medicare: Paediatricians and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists can refer clients (up to age 25) for Autism assessments, which may be eligible for rebates. Private Health Funds: Coverage varies – please check directly with your health fund.

NDIS: I accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. Plan-managed clients can be invoiced directly.

Requests for letters or form completion (e.g. NDIS forms) attract a fee of $250.​​

Medication on Assessment Day

Please take ADHD and other prescribed medication as usual on the day of your assessment.

Legal Reports

I do not provide psychological reports for legal matters.

Separated Parents
By signing the registration and consent form, you confirm that:

You have the legal authority to consent to care and will provide relevant parenting documents if required.

You have informed and involved the other parent where appropriate (the clinic is not responsible for updating them or arranging billing).

If joint consent is legally required (e.g., via court order) but not provided, the assessment may not proceed.
